If you are someone who are a fresher and dont know english and still aspire to get an BPO job well this can be your dream company.Not only sticking to your job for a long time but also become team leaders and managers without knowing proper english or computer usage.Freshers get a starting salary from 6k, team leaders around 15k and operations managers who get around 25k.The only reason it survives is because of its cheap infrastructure and resources offering cheap services.But trust me outside Knoah you have to start your career from the beginning again.Speaking frankly life in Knoah is like a government college in rural areas where you will know your real value once you come outside.
There are a few people in Knoah who are working since last 7-10 years and sitting at mid level manager positions who know the value of their talent outside the company.Still trying to brag about their seniority and authority in the company.All you need is flattery to work for this company for a long period.Many years passed I see Knoah has always failed to grab good talent and retain good employees.I’m Planning to quit in a couple of months from now they have offered me a increase of Rs.2000 anually(or a promotion to Quality analyst in EarthLink process) if .i consider to stay back.Which is a mistake I will not commit again.Hope I will find a good job with minimum salary.
